One Day Workshop: Introduction to Mindfulness

This day of reflection will introduce you to the practice of mindfulness meditation which uses evidence-based mind-body practices, informed by ancient wisdom traditions and supported by modern scientific research to decrease distraction and stress, and help increase optimal functioning.

The day will combine brief presentations, discussions, mindfulness practices, some silence, and free time to enjoy the beautiful grounds.

Day begins with light breakfast, coffee, tea from 8:30-9:00

First session, 9:00am, Day ends, 3:00pm

Cancellation Policy for Mindfulness Programs: Fees paid for mindfulness programs will be refunded, minus a $25 cancellation fee, if notice of withdrawal from the program is received at least seven (7) days prior to the start date.
