An Evening Introduction to Mindfulness

This evening workshop will introduce participants to mindfulness which has been shown to help cultivate self awareness and mental clarity, leading to improved focus and productivity, increased resilience, less unproductive stress, and more engaged relationships. The program will included brief presentations, experiential mindfulness practices, and group discussions.
