This day long retreat of silent, extended practice is designed especially for those who have had some prior experience with mindfulness practice. It is an opportunity to deepen your mindfulness practice .

NOTE: A prerequisite for attending this Day of Mindfulness is that you have completed an 8-week MBSR course or an Intensive MBSR Weekend Retreat.

Take some quiet, reflective time for yourself (and others) to cultivate a sense of presence from moment to moment. Take some time for sitting, body scan, walking, yoga.

Past students from the Mindfulness Center of Atlanta will join with students who are currently taking the Center’s 8-week course. This is a wonderful opportunity to join with others for community practice!
