Where are you located?

All therapy sessions are being held remotely (Telehealth) via a secure HIPPA-compliant online portal.

How long is each session?

Sessions typically last for 45 minutes. Longer sessions can be offered upon request.

How much does each session cost?

Each 45-minute session costs $200

Do you take insurance?

Mark does not bill to insurance directly; however, a statement or super bill can be provided to you that may be submitted to your insurance provider. In order to be reimbursed by your insurance company for the amount you have paid for sessions, you must have out-of-network benefits.

You can learn more by calling the behavioral health number on the back of your insurance card and asking these questions:

Do I have coverage for out-of-network providers?
What is the deductible I have to meet before my insurance starts reimbursing me for out-of-network providers?
Will I be reimbursed for 100% of the cost of my sessions or just a percentage of the cost?

What is a superbill?

A superbill is a receipt for your session that includes all of the information your insurance company will need to reimburse your session – info about your therapist, about the session, and about your diagnosis.

With what age range do you work?

Mark typically works with adults.

What is your cancellation policy?

Any sessions that are not cancelled within 24 hours of the scheduled appointment will be charged the full session rate.

Do you work with other treatment providers?

Yes. During your initial session, we will ask if you have any other providers with whom you would like us to communicate (physicians, psychiatrists, dieticians, or former therapists). If so, we will ask you to sign a release of Information form to allow us to communicate with these providers regarding your care.

Do I need to complete any forms prior to beginning therapy?

Yes! When we schedule your first session, we will send you a link to our HIPPA-compliant client portal with the necessary forms you will need to complete, so your therapist can review them before you meet.
