Each Wednesday at 1pm (EST) you are invited to join with others for a free 30-minute guided mindfulness practice and conversation. The sessions will be conducted using a live video conferencing platform and are intended to support anyone interested in developing and/or sustaining a regular mindfulness meditation practice.

Mindfulness for the Moment sessions are open to all, from beginner to experienced practitioners. The sessions are influenced by the evidence-based Mindfulness-Based Stress Reduction (MBSR) program developed by Jon Kabat-Zinn at the Center for Mindfulness in the University of Massachusetts Medical School.

Sessions will be facilitated by certified MBSR teacher Mark Dannenfelser, MA, LPC
