Mindfulness for the Moment
M4M is a free 30-minute weekly live online communal practice group
Beginning January 15, 2025, we will be meeting online every Wednesday at 1:00-1:30 pm (EST).
Can’t start on January 15? No problem, come when you are able. Attend every week, or every once in a while. It’s an open group meaning you can attend whenever you like.
Mindfulness for the Moment sessions are 30-minute, practice-based, FREE community gatherings that are OPEN to all, from beginner to experienced practitioners. Mindfulness for the Moment is an open group, so you can join at anytime and come and go as you see fit. These world-wide sessions are influenced by the scientifically validated Mindfulness-Based Stress Reduction (MBSR) program developed by Jon Kabat-Zinn at the Center for Mindfulness in the University of Massachusetts Medical School.
The sessions will be conducted using a live video conferencing platform and are intended to support anyone interested in developing and/or sustaining a regular mindfulness meditation practice. Sessions will be facilitated by certified MBSR teacher Mark Dannenfelser, MA, LPC as well as other guest teachers.
