Day of Mindfulness Retreat

This day long Mindfulness-Based Stress Reduction (MBSR) retreat of silent, extended practice is designed especially for those who have had some prior experience with mindfulness practice. It is an opportunity to deepen your mindfulness. 

If you have previously taken the 8-week MBSR course, or have participated in an intensive mindfulness retreat weekend, we invite you to join us for this one day refresher. In addition to deepening your own mindfulness, your presence will support the participants who are currently engaged in the 8-week MBSR course. 

  • A prerequisite for attending this Day of Mindfulness is that you have completed or are currently enrolled in an 8-week MBSR course or an Intensive MBSR Weekend Retreat.   

  • Students currently enrolled in the MBSR 8-week course are automatically registered for this one day. 

  • Returning students must enroll for this day. See below for registration.

  • The One Day Retreat is held Live Online
