Mindfulness helps train and refine the mind and body to become more stable and insightful.

Our Mission

The mission of MCA is to enhance the well-being and recovery of individuals facing stress and distress. We aim to promote optimal functioning in health, education, and work by utilizing evidence-based, integrative mind-body practices. These practices are delivered through training courses, intensive retreats, and introductory workshops in mindfulness.

Our primary interest and passion is to support healing and balance within the individual, society, and the natural world by increasing awareness of and care for our inner and outer landscapes.

“Mindfulness is simply being aware of what is happening right now without wishing it were different; enjoying the pleasant without holding on when it changes (which it will); being with the unpleasant without fearing it will always be this way (which it won’t).”
